Ingredients

     – 1 cup Arborio rice

     – 1 cup dried porcini mushrooms

     – 4 cups mushroom broth

     – 2 shallots, finely chopped

     – 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

     – 3 tablespoons butter
